CALLED TO ENCOURAGE. INSPIRE. CHALLENGE.

The stories of what God has done, living in us, are some of the
glorious treasures we get to share with a dying world.

Join me on the journey of becoming a storyteller.

ABOUT KELSIE

A native Texan, I moved to Prague, Czech Republic in 1996 with my newlywed husband. John and I pastor an international church in the heart of Europe, Prague Christian Fellowship. We now have three children; Mitchell, Matthew, and Moriah.

God has given us the mandate to build the kingdom of God, not our own kingdom. So we invest in others; building them up and sending them out. This constant flow of gathering and sending are both exhilarating and painful. It is my great honor to have heard so many miraculous stories over the years and it is my great honor to both share them with you and to help you share your stories with others.

I have worn many hats over the years; wife, mother, nurse, counselor, teacher, visionary, blogger, preacher. But the older I get, the more I just want to sit and have a coffee, asking lots of questions- pulling out the most glorious treasures within.

I am a generalist so I dabble in many things like photography, video, even painting as of recently. But I have not mastered them. I am a life-long learner and I have a short attention span so I’m usually on to the next, interesting thing. I’m energized by spending time in God’s presence and reading the Bible, praying for people, travel/exploration and creating inviting spaces. Although I love meeting new people, don’t mistake me for an extrovert.

I pray that you find here will encourage, inspire and challenge your life.
“We are like common clay jars that carry this glorious treasure within, so that the extraordinary overflow of power will be seen as God’s, not ours. Though we experience every kind of pressure, we’re not crushed. At times we don’t know what to do, but quitting is not an option. We are persecuted by others, but God has not forsaken us. We may be knocked down, but not out. We continually share in the death of Jesus in our own bodies so that the resurrection life of Jesus will be revealed through our humanity.”
